DOCUMENTS - FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The District provides financial information through the use and publication of standard financial reports. These reports include: formal Audits of the year-end Financial Statements; current year Budgets and projections; and Un-audited monthly Balance Sheets and Statements of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance. Other financial information is provided for decision making, reporting for special projects; and reports of economic interest to the community in general.
Many people ask how their property taxes are calculated and who is responsible for determining their homes assessed value.
