*Designates a Board position that will be up for election in 2025. The Board election process occurs on all odd numbered years with the election occurring on the first Tuesday of the first full week in May. In the case there are fewer candidates than positions open, the election is canceled and those candidates are seated for the vacant board positions. The new Board is then sworn in at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors in May, following the election.
In the case of a resignation of a Board member, the Board has the responsibility to appoint a replacement Director for the remainder of that term.
